Chocolate

Assalamu’alaikum w.b.t.

I.L.O.V.E.C.H.O.C.O.L.A.T.E

Do you?

If yes, welcome to my club! Holla holla!

Who doesn’t love chocolate? Who? You? Really?? Why????

Fat? High sugar level? Toothache?

Well, for your information (FYI), not all chocolates contribute to fatness. Dark chocolate is one of them. It is better as compared to white chocolate, if I am not mistaken. It is also high in caffeine, which helps you be energetic and not sleepy.

As for me, I eat choc before exam to help me generate ideas or keep my brain running and to keep me awake. Also, to keep me calm. Chocolate is an antidepressant. Cool innit? :D

I want to share with you a scenario. My grandmother is on insulin. If not, she will be very helpless. So, sometimes, we will give her a small piece of chocolate just to keep her awake and energetic. But not too much! Otherwise, she will become a MONSTER! She will roam the entire house and be very hardworking. Harder than the maid does. Haha! So, chocolate is helpful in a way.

What about high sugar level? As for that, it falls on the consumer himself. You should stop eating when you already had a wholesome of it. How do we know when is wholesome? Let’s just say, a small bar consisting of six cubes (see below) a day or two. You will become diabetic if you consume a lot in a day, in long run. So, start control from now.

Toothache? Never blame chocolate because that is YOUR fault. Huh! You should immediately drink plain water or brush your teeth after eating chocolate. Gahhhhh!

Below is a list of a few of my favourite chocolate brands:
1. Hershey
2. Snickers
3. Ferrero
4. Ritter
5. Cadbury
6. Toblerone

Before I end my speech (ececehhh), you can eat whatever chocolate that you love but just CONTROL the amount, EXERCISE you body, BRUSH your teeth and DRINK a lot of plain water after consuming chocolate.

It can be your bestie but it also can be your ENEMY!

Cheerio! Wassalaam.
