Assalamu'alaikum w.b.t.
Recently, I went to Cameron Highlands, located in Pahang, MALAYSIA. The moment I reached there, immediately I thought of Scotland. Why? Because Cameron Highlands was extremely cold due to the rain and wind. Gosh! How I miss U.K. so much.
Since my parents anniversary falls on Christmas day, they have made up their mind to celebrate their anniversary at Cameron Highlands every year. So romantic!
Basically, we have been to Cameron Highlands many times but it is the atmosphere that brings us back there. We went to Habu Bee Farm since it is quite well-known among other bee farms. We bought a portion honeycomb and admired several bee hives. The internal part of the bee hive was so unique and wonderful! I cannot imagine how the bees managed to form it. God is Great! Allahuakhbar! Besides that, I just knew that bees have their own dance (but I don't know what it is for).
Raju's strawberry farm was our port for scones because we usually go to Smokehouse for scones. Unfortunately, strawberries in Malaysia is very sour! Arrkkssss! Haha! I wonder, when can the strawberries here can be as sweet as those in the West. Nevermind. Back to Raju's. Raju's is a great place because you can have many choices of food to eat. Besides scones, you can eat ice cream (I know it is cold up there), cookies, drink tea, cheesecakes & other sort of strawberry cakes etc.
S'corner is also another exciting place. The reason we went there was to look at the varieties of mushrooms. The mushrooms were colourful and in many shapes. In addition, there was also a mini cafe, several shops, a mini strawberry farm, etc. I can't remember the rest.
Bharat tea station was a must. People go for the teas of course. This time, it was so crowded eventhough Bharat has two stations. It must be the view and the atmosphere that fascinate people. While drinking and eating, we were served with the beauty of the nature. The hills were so green and fresh plus the breeze. Ahh! Once again, Allahuakhbar, God the All-Mighty. That was among the peaceful views that I ever seen.
Brinchang's night market is my all-time favourite place! I don't know why but I just like to walk and see the what they are selling though I already know their products. :P
